What if Cadillac didn’t offer the CTS Wagon because they knew this final generation of CTS would be extremely short? Maybe they wanted to make sure it was on the CT5's new lightweight chassis and was the model to introduce Cadillac’s upcoming twin turbo V8 and sport diesel variants?! Yep, that’s definitely what’s going on! I bet it would have been out two years ago but the supplier couldn’t provide enough flakes for the brown metallic paint!! Yep, definitely what happened! Definitely, definitely...hopefully......

Actually the more likely hang up for GM was making a machine that could bend the “S” in the “CTS” badges to look like a “5.”
